How do your shoe sizes turn out?
All our shoe sizes are the specified sizes. You do not need to order smaller or larger sizes. Should you choose an intermediate size, e.g. 38.5, we always recommend the next larger size. So in this case size 39

Do you also deliver to packing stations?
Yes, of course we also deliver to packing stations. Your packing station must be able to accommodate our package size of 53X13X33cm.

Is it possible to visit you at your store and try on some boots?
Yes, that is of course possible. However, we always ask for an appointment by mail under or This ensures that someone with enough time is there for you on the agreed date.

I have very strong legs – do you also have boots with a very wide shaft?
Yes, we offer customized tailoring for (almost) every model. The bootleg is adjusted exactly to the required circumference measurements. Just pick your favorite boot in the shop and then click on “Boots made to measure?”. The program simply guides you through the ordering process and explains how to measure. Of course, we are happy to advise. Just use the online chat or call us.

How can I pay in your online shop?
We offer all common payment methods. Simply select the desired payment method in the order process and complete the order. Choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card – Visa or Master Card, Sofortüberweisung, Prepayment by bank transfer or Maestro Card. The complete order process is completely secure and encrypted.
