Our boots are shipped directly from our headquarters in Telfs – Austria. All packages are insured and are delivered worldwide free of charge via our shipping partner, Österreichische POST AG! Express delivery (EMS) possible for a surcharge – just ask us!

The shipping happens within one working day from payment receipt (Monday to Friday) and with payment received on the weekend the shipping happens on the following Monday. The usual delivery time in the EU is about 3 to 4 working days, for UK about 4 to 6 working days und for international shipping 12-15 working days.

If the boots do not fit, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal—you can either choose a different size or receive a refund of the purchase price as soon as the return has been received at our warehouse.
