How to take correct measurements

You can choose the length of the boot shaft freely. Measure up your leg to the point where you want the shaft to end. Enter the height in the diagram and measure the circumference at this height.

Take circumference about 10cm above your knee

Take circumference at the strongest area of your calf
1. Ankle
Measure the first circumference at a height of 18 cm. For technical reasons, it is not possible to adjust the circumference below 18 cm.

    Hallo liebes Arollo­Team, anliegendes Bild zeigt mich in meinen Arollo Victoria Stiefeln beim Empfang auf der Oldieparty 2016 mit meinem Freund. Die Stiefel sind einfach nur toll und super zu tragen (nur ein etwas längerer Reissverschluss würde das Anziehen sehr erleichtern) :­) ! Ich kann super darin tanzen und die Stiefel waren der Hingucker an diesem Party­Abend. Ich wurde sogar noch von einer Frau auf diese hübschen Boots angesprochen.     vielen Dank für die schnelle Zusendung der wunderschönen Stiefel. Anprobe gestern Abend mit meiner Frau brachte leider hervor, dass der Übergang ins Fußbett hinein zu eng ist und das „Hineinschlupfen“ an dieser Stelle verhindert wird. Wenn der Reißverschluss wenige Zentimeter länger wäre, gäbe es diesen Engpass nicht. Es ist zum Heulen, die Stiefel sind ansonsten in jeder Hinsicht der absolute Traum, super weiches und hochwertiges Leder sowie auch in jeder Hinsicht Top Verarbeitung. Wirklich mehr als schade, aber wir müssen Sie leider um Rücknahme bitten. Der Fairness halber würden wir Ihnen die Stiefel per UPS frei Haus zurück senden.

    Dear Mr Mariani,

    Yesterday I received my custom-made Arollo boots and I would like to share a few things with you.

    First of al, the boots are magnificent, perfect fit, beautiful soft leather and they show great craftsmanship. Companies like ‘Berlin’ are absolutely NO competition when it comes to quality.

    Second, on your site you state that the boots will be shipped in ‘neutral packaging, white box in bubble wrap’. However through the bubble wrap it was clearly visible what was in the box.

    And last, I noticed that in one of the pictures of the Long Overknee Victoria there are small ‘flexible inserts’ which are not in the custom-made boots I have received. Why is this.

    Please do not read this as a complaint but as an opportunity to further improve the quality of your company, products and service.

    thank you for your warm words. I am very thankful for any serious suggestion.

    About the packing: Since nowhere on the address stickers is written AROLLO or Overknee Boots – just MMProducts International Trading KG it should be neutral – but you are right sometimes it´s possible to see through the bubble wrap – and someone can read the writing of the style on the box. Here i am looking for colored bubble wrap in future – or some alternative packing material.

    About the elastic slip: As soon as we need to change the shaft length (no matter if longer or shorter) the elastic slip is gone – these are technical reasons – but this is noted in the product description at point 4 Thigh – there is a question mark next to the word Thigh. If you click there a window will open with the detail description. Perhaps we need to make that question mark more visible.

    Hallo und guten Morgen. Die Stiefel sind gekommen und passen perfekt und sehen toll aus kombiniert zu kurzer Hose und einen Poncho. Viele beneidenswerte Blicke von jung und alt beim einkaufen und ausgehen. Die Stiefel sind laut meiner Partnerin sehr bequem. Sie hat auch noch die Queen. Es sind Stiefel auch für die Frau mit 50 die immer wieder auf 38 geschätzt wird.

    Guten Tag liebes AROLLO-Team,

    ich möchte gern kurz meine Erfahrung teilen.

    Vor dem Kauf habe ich mich tatsächlich gefragt, ob Overknee-Stiefel für meine Frau vielleicht etwas zu auffällig sind oder ob es am Ende doch genau das Richtige ist. Man ist da ja erst einmal unsicher.

    Im Nachhinein kann ich sagen, dass es eine gute Entscheidung war. Die Stiefel wirken sehr elegant und keineswegs übertrieben. Meine Frau hat sich darüber gefreut und sie trägt sie mit viel Ausstrahlung. Genau das hat mich am meisten überzeugt.

    Besonders schön finde ich, dass sie stilvoll wirken und trotzdem etwas Besonderes haben. Für uns war es also keine „zu viel“-Entscheidung, sondern eher eine, die genau gepasst hat.

    Gern teile ich diese Erfahrung mit Ihnen.

Our shoe sizes fit as indicated. If you have shoe size 37, please choose shoe size 37. If you have an intermediate size, always choose the larger shoe number (for example, 37.5 order 38) Please take a look at our range of different boot sizes in our product images.

Your order will be processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) and weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Our boots are shipped directly from our headquarters in Telfs – Austria. All packages are insured and are delivered worldwide free of charge via our shipping partner, Österreichische POST AG! Express delivery (EMS) possible for a surcharge – just ask us!

The shipping happens within one working day from payment receipt (Monday to Friday) and with payment received on the weekend the shipping happens on the following Monday. The usual delivery time in the EU is about 3 to 4 working days, for UK about 4 to 6 working days und for international shipping 12-15 working days.

If the boots do not fit, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal—you can either choose a different size or receive a refund of the purchase price as soon as the return has been received at our warehouse. The return must be sent in the original packaging, so please do not attach any shipping labels to the shoe box!
