Stand barefoot on the floor and always measure upwards from the heel. Enter your measurements in the diagram below, and the boot shaft will be adjusted precisely to your measurements. The boots will be shipped to you within 14 working days after receipt of payment. Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Just to let you know that the Arollo over the knee Queen boots fitted my partner perfectly and she was absolutely over the moon with them. The quality and workmanship is first class and they just ooze sexiness and class. Unfortunately for my wallet, she is now looking at other boots in your range!

    The main problem we had was that once she was wearing them, she didn’t really want to take them off so she decided to give them the ‘acid’ test and wear them out to a dance. She was flattered that two women and a guy on separate occasions complimented her on her new boots and asked where she got them. Anyway, her Arollos passed an evening’s dancing with flying colours and needless to say, she was the star of the dance floor! I took a few photos of her just before we went out and she has given her blessing for you to use some of them in your website’s gallery page if you wish.

Our shoe sizes fit as indicated. If you have shoe size 37, please choose shoe size 37. If you have an intermediate size, always choose the larger shoe number (for example, 37.5 order 38) Please take a look at our range of different boot sizes in our product images.

Your order will be processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) and weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Our boots are shipped directly from our headquarters in Telfs – Austria. All packages are insured and are delivered worldwide free of charge via our shipping partner, Österreichische POST AG! Express delivery (EMS) possible for a surcharge – just ask us!

The shipping happens within one working day from payment receipt (Monday to Friday) and with payment received on the weekend the shipping happens on the following Monday. The usual delivery time in the EU is about 3 to 4 working days, for UK about 4 to 6 working days und for international shipping 12-15 working days.

Yes, but please make sure that your Packstation can handle 53X13X33cm packages.

If the boots do not fit, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal—you can either choose a different size or receive a refund of the purchase price as soon as the return has been received at our warehouse. The return address is: AROLLO BOOTS – MMProducts International Trading KG, Sagl 2a, 6410 Telfs. The return must be sent in the original packaging, so please do not attach any shipping labels to the shoe box!
